E-Gift Cards T&Cs

Buy an e-gift card online and have it delivered directly to your email. Simply select a value from 1,000 EGP up to 200,000 EGP and redeem it online.

• This card is not redeemable or refundable for cash.
• This card is non-refundable.
• E-gift cards are digital cards only and can be used exclusively online.
• E-gift cards are subject to these Terms & Conditions, which may be updated from time to time.

Delivery & Usage

• We are not responsible for e-gift cards that are undeliverable or not received due to an incorrect email address entered by the customer.
• Please ensure all recipient and delivery details are entered accurately before completing your purchase.
• Items purchased using an e-gift card cannot be refunded and may only be exchanged for another item of the same value or higher, in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.
• Any remaining balance will remain available on the e-gift card until fully redeemed.

Fraud Prevention & Verification

To protect our customers and prevent unauthorized transactions, additional verification may be required before certain orders are processed or delivered.

• For security and fraud prevention purposes, selected transactions may require additional verification.
• We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, delay, or place any e-gift card order under review at our sole discretion.
• Orders identified as unusual, high-risk, bulk, suspicious, or potentially fraudulent may require additional identity verification.
• Valid government-issued identification may be requested before processing or delivery.
• Delivery of certain e-gift cards may be temporarily delayed for security screening.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, purchase amounts, or the number of transactions per customer, household, payment method, or account.

Cancellation, Replacement & Reissuance

• If an e-gift card is cancelled, disabled, or deactivated due to customer request, suspected misuse, loss, security review, or any other approved reason, the original e-gift card code cannot be restored, reactivated, or reissued with the same card number.
• If a replacement e-gift card is approved, the original card will be permanently disabled and a new e-gift card may be issued with a new code and updated details.
• Customers are responsible for keeping their e-gift card code secure and confidential.
• We are not responsible for any use of the e-gift card if the code has been shared, forwarded, accessed, or used by another person without authorization.
• We may request proof of purchase, order confirmation, customer identity verification, or recipient information before cancelling, replacing, resending, or reissuing an e-gift card.
• Requests to resend, replace, cancel, or review an e-gift card may be refused if we are unable to verify the purchaser, recipient, transaction details, or ownership of the card.
• Any remaining balance on a cancelled or replaced e-gift card may only be transferred following internal review and approval.

Restrictions

• E-gift cards may not be purchased for resale, unauthorized commercial use, or any unlawful activity.
• We reserve the right to suspend, deactivate, or permanently cancel any e-gift card if we believe it has been obtained, transferred, resold, redeemed, or used in a fraudulent, suspicious, unauthorized, or unlawful manner.
• Any misuse of e-gift cards, including fraudulent, suspicious, or unauthorized activity, may result in order cancellation, account restrictions, or refusal of service at our discretion.
